1. Scope

The following terms govern your use of all tax guidance and legal support sessions, digital materials, and physical merchandise provided by TaxhubTrust.

2. Tax Guidance and Legal Support Sessions

2.1 Booking: Appointments are scheduled upon full settlement of the fee.
2.2 Eligibility: Sessions are tailored to individual needs and delivered by qualified professionals.
2.3 Rescheduling: You may transfer a booked session to another date or to a different participant by notifying us at least 48 hours in advance via Contact Form. Transfers are subject to availability.

3. Digital Materials

3.1 Delivery: Access to e-books, templates, and courses is granted immediately after payment.
3.2 License: Materials are for personal use only and may not be shared or redistributed.

4. Physical Merchandise

4.1 Shipment: Items are dispatched from our Toronto address once payment is confirmed.
4.2 Inspection: You must inspect goods upon receipt and report any damage within 5 days.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Tax Guidance and Legal Support Sessions

Due to the tailored preparation required, session cancellations are handled as follows: if you cancel more than 72 hours before the appointment, you may opt for a full refund or a transfer to a future session. Cancellations between 48–72 hours carry a 50% refund. No refunds are offered for cancellations within 48 hours; however, transfers are permitted once under exceptional circumstances at our discretion.

5.2 Digital Materials

All digital purchases are non-refundable once access has been granted, due to immediate delivery. If technical issues prevent access, please contact us within 7 days via Contact Form for assistance.

5.3 Physical Merchandise

You may return unused items within 30 days of delivery. Merchandise must be in original condition and packaging. Return shipping is your responsibility. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 14 days of receipt. Restocking fees may apply.

6. Payment Methods

We accept major card networks and e-wallets. All payments are processed securely.

7. Intellectual Property

All content and materials are the property of TaxhubTrust. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
